Bussines center was designed near the Esker of Šeškinė. This unique geological structure has formed within ice-walled tunnels by streams which flowed within and under glaciers.

This rare formation inspired the whole concept of the architectural idea behind the business center. The building is being constructed like a glacier melting into the lake.

The spatial structure of a building is designed around the atrium, which insulates inner spaces, galleries and also contains vertical connections between the opposite parts of the building.
