A farmland-surrounded place outside the city reflects the practice of the 'Agrokoncernas' agricultural companies group. The south-west part of the territory faces the A1 highway. The building designed cuts a part of the site off, creating a more quiet space to form a park. The administrative block, the multifunctional hall unit and the connecting conservatory are the main elements of the complex. Together with the park it evokes an allusion of a manor house.
