In the section of the territory located at 3 Vytauto Street in Radviliškis, a clearly structured urban layout divided into blocks has been designed; A clearly understandable and functional system of public and private spaces has been created, ensuring scenarios for both active pursuits and a peaceful lifestyle. The internal structure of the planned area ensures the continuity of the external spatial structure, extends spatial connections, and integrates newly planned spaces of various functions within the planned area itself into the overall system of public spaces. The project proposes not just a single representative square, but creates an entire network of public spaces with distinct characters: squares, paths, a park, and gardens. The residential zone is pragmatically separated from the factory by a street and parking spaces. The scale of the spaces and development is contextual, responding both to the current size of the city and the typology of its spatial structure, while simultaneously creating conditions for the formation of a sub-center that enriches Radviliškis’s functional and spatial structure. The architectural expression is warm, creating a sense of place and seeking connections with the industrial past.
