The function of this commercial building was not indicated in the competition, so we took our own approach to the profile of Konstitucijos avenue, with a 5-part complex. The single-storey lower part covers almost the whole area, and joins buildings of varying heights. The 5-storey Building A stretches along the western edge of the site, and creates a simple urban link to existing and planned buildings. The 10-storey Building B on Lvovo street rises in a diamond shape, making the complex more dynamic. The eastern edge of the site features the taller Building C, removed from Konstitucijos avenue so that its 16 storeys are not oppressive, although it is clear in views. The trademark of the complex is Building D on Konstitucijos avenue. The dynamic 2-storey volume rises above its single-storey pedestal, and creates a visual and spatial link between the green space, the National Gallery of Art and the river, thus creating a special image for the complex.
